In this section you will be able to download some stable (stable is not the proper word, maybe not to much unstable? ;-) and unstable versions of gCAD either in source and compiled forms.

STABLE / UNSTABLE VERSIONS

Now there is no gCAD package you can download, we are in an integration moment, so you will have to wait some weeks to get something usable ...

Nevertheless, if you feel so urged to download something, you can try some of next items:

gcad-0.0.3.tar.gz. This is an initial release compilable with last version of Gnome. Also, the sources have adopted the modules structure.
Varkon's DataBase and Geometry Modules Source
Franz's Reuter Gtk+/Mesa Driver Source

In above locations you can get sources for future gCAD modules. They are almost finished, only waiting the needed changes for a correct integration. In a near time they will be inserted and integrated inside the gCAD program.

Here you can find a link to the old gCAD web page. In it, you can download the (very old) version 0.0.2 (which includes a previous writing of the user interface code), but note that it only works with old versions of the libraries gCAD needs: Gtk+ (v1.1.3), Gtkglarea (v0.6) and GNOME (v0.30).

CVS

Though currently there is a gcad entry in the GNOME CVS, it corresponds to the mentioned old version 0.0.2 of gCAD. When the integration of the main modules ends, you'll find the work copy of the gCAD sources in that CVS repository. Here you can find some useful information on GNOME CVS
